What is important to know about this internship?
The team consists of a Front Office Manager, Assistant FO Manager, (night) receptionists, (night) porters and interns. In this position you give our guests a warm welcome, you are the first point of contact. You check guests in and out, handle the associated administration, answer questions and provide the guests with information. You work alternately morning, evening and or night shifts. The Front Office Manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.
