The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2052,36 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employement. This function falls in function scale V of the Horeca cao.

What is important to know about this feature?
The team consists of a Front Office Manager, supervisors, (night) receptionists, (night) porters and interns. In this position you give our guests a warm welcome, you are the first point of contact. You check guests in and out, handle the associated administration, answer questions and provide the guests with information. You work alternately morning, evening and night shifts. During the night shift, you perform the night audit and monitor safety. The Front Office Manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.
Who are we looking for?

You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must.

Knowledge of a hotel reservation system is an advantage, we work with Protel.

You have a sense of responsibility, are proactive and stress resistant.

You are flexible, collegial and guest-oriented; you have the desire to provide optimal service, sometimes this is custom work.

Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO) work & think level
