What is important to know about this job?

The team consists of a Chef, Sous Chef, (demi) Chef de Partis, breakfast chefs and apprentice chefs. The kitchen takes care of breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting parties and room service. The lunch cook is responsible for preparing dishes for a la carte lunch and banqueting parties. In addition, you support the mise en place for dinner and banqueting and, if necessary, you assist at breakfast. Our banqueting parties consist of meetings, drinks, buffets, lunches and dinners for groups of 2 to 230 people. The a la carte menu in the restaurant changes 4 monthly and consists of a combination of international dishes and food design that fits the hotel concept. Your input is certainly appreciated. The Chef is your coach and helps you to develop further.

Who are we looking for?

  • You speak English.

  • You have experience in a similar position and experience with HACCP.

  • You are flexible, collegial and you work independently.

  • You are creative and you want to see your dishes on our menu.
