Dutch Design Hotel Artemis is looking for an Restaurant & Banquet Supervisor!

What is important for you? 

  • Annual contract

  • Full-time or part-time contract with fixed hours or variable contract

  • Flexible working hours

  • This position scaled in function scale VI of the Horeca cao (Collective labor agreement). The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2493,59 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employment

  • Housing for a maximum period of 6 months possible

  • A signing bonus of maximum €750,- gross

  • Non-sick bonus

  • Flexibility bonus

  • All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request

  • Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out

  • A compensation of €25,- per month for a company fitness subscription in one of te many fitness centers affiliated with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland

  • Up to €500,- referral bonus when introducing a new colleague

  • Work sneaker/safety shoe allowance worth a maximum of €50 per year

  • A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km which a maximum of 250,- euros per month. 

  • Various additional fringe benefits such as, 'Know where you work' package, various fun & sporting activities, Aeon Familyday, collective (health) insurance, employee rate and Friends & Family rate in our own hotels.

What is important to know about this job? 

The team consists of a Restaurant & Banqueting Manager, supervisors, employees, interns and students. During your shift you are responsible for the operation in the restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner, the bar, room service and the smooth running of the banqueting parties. You maintain the total overview and inspire the team with your entrepreneurial spirit and strive for the highest guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager coaches you in guiding your shift and helps you to develop further.

Who are we looking for? 

  • You speak English

  • You can keep an overview and can adjust the planning if necessary

  • You are able to manage the team in a pleasant way

  • You are flexible and guest-oriented; wanting to provide optimal service is something you have in you, sometimes this is customization

  • Leadership experience is a plus, not a must

  • Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO) work & think level
