Who are we looking for?

You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must. You have experience in a similar position and experience with HACCP. You are flexible, collegial and you work independently. You are creative and you want to see your dishes on our menu.

Why is this position interesting for you?

  • Part-time contract (3 or 4 days)

  • Working hours from 6am to 2pm

  • This position scaled in function scale IV of the Horeca cao (Collective labor agreement). The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2402,58 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employment

  • A signing bonus of maximum €750,- gross

  • Non-sick bonus

  • Flexibility bonus

  • All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request

  • Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out

  • A compensation of €25,- per month for a company fitness subscription in one of the many fitness centers affiliated with Bedrijfsfitness Nederland

  • Up to €500,- referral bonus when introducing a new colleague

  • Work sneaker/safety shoe allowance worth a maximum of €50 per year

  • A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km with a maximum of 250,- euros per month.

What is important to know about this internship?

The team consists of a Chef, Sous Chef, (demi) Chef de Partis, breakfast chefs and apprentice chefs. The kitchen takes care of breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting parties and room service. Guests like to take a look at the open kitchen of Restaurant Hulscher's, our Seafood & Grill Restaurant. In the position of Breakfast Chef you are responsible for the (a la carte) breakfast, lunch and mise en place activities for dinner. The Chef is your coach and helps you to develop further.
