What is important to know about this job?
The team consists of a Chef, Sous Chef, (demi) Chef de Partis, breakfast chefs, stewards, and apprentice chefs. In this versatile position you are the right hand of the Chef. You take the lead in the operation, you maintain the total overview and you inspire the team with your entrepreneurial spirit and creativity. In addition, you ensure that everything meets the HACCP rules, you show initiative and you come up with proposals. You report to the Chef and he coaches you and helps you to develop further.
Who are we looking for?
You speak English
You have experience in a similar position and experience with HACCP.
You are flexible, collegial and you work independently.
You can keep an overview and adjust the planning if necessary
You are able to manage the team in a pleasant and coaching way
