What is important to know about this job?

During your internship you will experience all the ins and outs of a hotel. For example, you support the daily operation of the various operational departments, you make duty rounds where you pay attention to possible defects, safety, striking matters and/or points for improvement. The room check is also an important part of your internship and you offer support with various projects (possibly following up complaints, questions and requests from guests). You do all this by carrying out the correct procedures and S.O.P., but also ensuring that colleagues perform these properly. The hotel manager is your coach and guides and helps you to develop further.

Who are we looking for?

• You are enthusiastic and really want to become an all-round receptionist.

• You follow a relevant study

• You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must

• You are flexible, collegial and guest-oriented; wanting to provide optimal service is something you have in you, sometimes this is customization
