Why is this position interesting for you?

  • Part-time contract (maximum 3 days) with fixed hours or flexible contract

  • Working hours are from 11pm to 7am

  • The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2052,36 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employement. This function falls in function scale V of the Horeca cao. 

  • Housing for a maximum period of 6 months possible

  • Great opportunity to develop yourself (including career opportunities)

  • 20% night allowance 

  • Up to 5 extra non-sick days per year in time for time or paid out

  • All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request.

  • Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out

  • A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km which a maximum of 250,- euros per month. 

  • Work sneaker/safety shoe allowance worth a maximum of €50 per year

  • Flexibility surcharge

  • Up to €500,- referral bonus when introducing a new colleague

What is important to know about this job?

The team consists of a Front Office Manager, supervisors, (night) receptionists, (night) porters and trainees. In this responsible position you are the first point of contact for guests and colleagues during the night. You monitor safety, perform front office tasks and take care of the night audit. The Front Office manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.

Who are we looking for?

  • You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must.

  • Knowledge of a hotel reservation system is an advantage, we work with Protel.

  • You have a sense of responsibility, stand your ground and are stress resistant.

  • You are flexible, collegial and guest-oriented; you have the desire to provide optimal service, sometimes this is custom work.

  • Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO) work & think level
