A unique design & art hotel with 256 rooms, 11 conference rooms, Restaurant-Bar De Stijl with waterfront terrace and a large underground parking garage. From the lobby to the rooms there are signs of Dutch design in all shapes and ways. We also organize a design and art exhibition every 4 months with a changing theme.

What is important to know about this feature?
The team consists of a Chef, Sous Chef, (demi) Chef de Partis, breakfast chefs and apprentices. The kitchen takes care of breakfast, lunch, dinner, banqueting parties and room service. Our banqueting parties consist of meetings, drinks, buffets, lunches and dinners for groups of 2 to 230 people. The a la carte menu in the restaurant changes 4 monthly and consists of a combination of international dishes and food design that fits the hotel concept. In short, a kitchen where you can learn a lot! You will be assigned a tutor who will be your coach and guide and help you to develop further.

Who are we looking for?

You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must.

You have experience in a similar position and experience with HACCP.

You are flexible, collegial and you work independently.

You are creative and you want to see your dishes on our menu.
