Hotel Die Port van Cleve is looking for an Interim Restaurant Manager who will temporarily take charge at restaurant Hulscher's.

Here is what is important for you to know about this position:

  • Interim position (duration to be determined)

  • Full-time/part-time options available

  • Flexible working hours

  • Up to a maximum of 5 additional non-sick days per year

  • All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request.

  • Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out

  • A SWAP bicycle or travel allowance of €0.21 per km based on commuting from > 5 km

  • Up to €500 referral bonus for referring a new colleague

  • Flexibility allowance

What is important to know about this feature?

The team consists of a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager/supervisors, F&B employees, interns and students. In this versatile position you are temporarily responsible for the operation in the restaurant during breakfast, lunch and dinner and the bar. You take the lead in the operation, you maintain the total overview and inspire the team with your entrepreneurial spirit and strive for the highest guest satisfaction. In addition, you select potential new employees for the F&B team, provide training and ensure the correct staffing on the floor. You also show initiative and come up with proposals. You report directly to the hotel manager.

Who are we looking for?

  • Work experience as restaurant manager

  • You speak English

  • You can keep an overview and adjust the planning if necessary

  • You are able to manage the team in a pleasant and coaching manner

  • You are flexible and guest-oriented; You have the desire to provide optimal service, sometimes this requires tailor-made solutions
