What is important to know about this internship? 

The team consists of a Front Office manager, Supervisors, Receptionists and Interns who ensure that all our guests have a very pleasant stay. As an intern, we will teach you everything in practice to become a real all-round receptionist. You will be checking guests in and out, answering questions and provide information. In addition, you learn to perform all administrative tasks that come with this. The shifts at the reception are from 7 am to 3 pm and 3 pm to 11 pm, but it is also possible that you have an 'intermediate shift' from 10 am to 6 pm. You will be assigned a teacher who will be your coach and guide and help you to develop further.

Who are we looking for?

  • You are enthusiastic and really want to become an all-round receptionist.

  • You follow a relevant study

  • You speak English, Dutch is an advantage, but not a must

  • You are flexible, collegial and guest-oriented; wanting to provide optimal service is something you have in you, sometimes this is customization
