What is important to know about this feature?

As a financial administration employee you are the financial specialist of the organization and you are responsible for debtor administration. You are a reliable sparring partner for our teams with commercial insight and empathy. Taking care of the recording of the daily turnover, making connections with the general ledger and finding differences to taking care of the invoicing for the hotel guests are part of your tasks. You find it important to improve processes and you help write SOPs. In addition, you are the direct point of contact for colleagues at the receptions and you help with management reports. The work location is Dutch Design Hotel Artemis.

Who are we looking for?

• You master the English language in word & writing, Dutch is an advantage

• Experience in a similar position in the hotel industry would be a plus

• Knowledge of Protel Air & Exact online is an advantage but not a must

• You know your way around in Excel

• You are a team player and have a hands-on mentality

• You are discreet, reliable, careful and independent

• You can plan and organize well

• You find it important to maintain contact with our relations

• Minimum secondary vocational education (MBO) work & think level

• Working remotely is a possibility (max 2 days)
