In the summer of 2023, Aeon Plaza Hotels will open its 3rd hotel in Amsterdam!

The building located at the Vondelpark is currently being completely renovated and you will find Dutch Design in all 42 hotel rooms.

 

We are looking for an Residence Supervisor who will support the residence manager in the (pre-) opening & running of this hotel.

 

Guests are kindly welcomed & checked in, you will therefore also support the reception a lot, of course you have the most modern techniques at your disposal. In the morning breakfast is served, during the day guests can drink a cup of coffee in the breakfast room. You enjoy giving (mainly tourist) guests tips of, among other things, nice sights and restaurants and you ensure that everything runs smoothly when you are on shift. You support the residence manager in coordinating the work activities within the hotel and you are jointly responsible for the introduction, training and coaching of the employees. You identify where improvements can still be made in work processes and how the service level can be increased. Of course you also carry out all common activities within the hotel. The residence manager is your coach and helps you to develop further.
