  • The salary indication depends on your knowledge and experience and starts from € 2530,44 gross per month based on a fulltime (38 hours) employement. This function falls in function scale VII of the Horeca cao. 

  • Up to 5 extra non-sick days per year in time for time or paid out

  • All overtime in time for time, extra days worked will be paid on request.

  • Decide for yourself when you would like to have your holiday pay paid out

  • Travel allowance based on commuter traffic from > 5 km or a SWAP bike

  • Free parking in the hotel's parking garage

Account Manager

What is important for you to know about this function?

The Sales & Marketing departments are part of the Business Development department, which also includes revenue and reservations. The Account Manager is responsible for increasing the turnover of Aeon Plaza Hotels by maintaining existing and attracting new relationships. You are also responsible for active acquisition in the regional, national, and international market segments. Executing sales plans and sales promotions for the improvement and expansion of the market segments. Ensure proper relationship management and make proposals regarding pricing policy, terms and conditions for contracts in the various market segments.

 

Who are we looking for?

  • Minimum MBO/HBO working and thinking level

  • Several years of experience as a sales representative/account manager

  • You master the English and Dutch language in word & writing

  • You have a commercial drive with proven results in sales within the hotel or travel industry

  • You are representative and enthusiastic, has a positive attitude and perseverance,

  • You have good communication and social skills

  • You have driving license B.
