The restaurant is the central meeting point of Dutch Design Hotel Artemis. It’s architecture, menu and name was inspired by the famous Dutch Art collective 'De Stijl' made famous by Piet Mondriaan. After the first world war this collective developed fresh, innovating ideas about art, architecture and furniture.

Our chef provides you a wide variety of seasonal dishes, which guarantee you a taste sensation you will remember. Good Dutch produce creatively put together, provides the central theme of the dishes served in the Restaurant 'De Stijl'.
